Is THCA legal?
Yeah, THCA is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill Act. So, THCA flower is technically called “industrial hemp.” Hemp is cannabis, right? Instead of making shirts or rope with it, we choose legal cannabis that is high in THCA and with the right blend of terpenes.
Is THCA the same as THC?
Nope. THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid in cannabis. It’s actually a “precursor” to THC. When it’s exposed to heat, the science says it turns into THC.
Is THC anything like delta-9, delta-8, or CBD?
THC is a cannabinoid like CBD, but the effects are far different. We don’t sell any synthetic stuff like delta-8. Everything at our shop comes from soil, water, and sun.
Are your products tested by labs, and are they safe?
Absolutely. As a respected THC dispensary, we provide detailed Certificates of Analysis (COA) with every strain of flower, every pre-roll, and every edible. Just ask.

If you schedule an appointment ahead of time, we can stay open a bit later to hook you up.
Does THCA get you high?
THCA itself does not get you high, but when heated (through smoking, vaping, or cooking), it converts to THC, which does.
